Attention：When you’re buying from our agents or distributors, please request them to stamp on the warranty, otherwise we won’t bear any responsibility regarding the warranty time caused by it.

● Free consultation service：

　 We would answer any problem concerning the products and the operation at any time by telephone, Email or internet.

● Free software upgrading service：

　 Once we upgrade the software, we will announce in our website in time, you can achieve free online software updating with more amazing MP3 functions.

● 3 Months full replacement clauses：

　·With the intact warranty card (labeled with production date and stamped by our agent or distributor, if you buy from our agent or distributor, the warranty time will be calculated from the buying day. Under the circumstance of such valid warranty card couldn’t be present, warranty time will start from 2 months later on the production date.

Any malfunctioned products within one month from the buying day under the normal operation (no artificial breakdown).

　·No scratch or damage on the surface, label and button

　·No breakdown caused by opening the machine without permission or other artificial breakdown.

If only in accordance with any of the above clauses please post the product to our after-sale service department(Freight prepaid)，we will post the new product to you within 24 hrs once receive your product with freight prepaid.

● Two years free repair service：

　From the buying day we offer two year free repair service, in spite of any breakdown occurrence during the period, all of the material cost is free of charge (not include the FLASH disk、LCD Display、case)，even the freight cost of posting the product to you.

Attention：USB cable、earphone、charger、rechargeable battery、screen label are not in the range of free repair, for the quality issue of the above-mentioned accessories, please contact our after-sale service department in one month, and post us the related accessory with freight prepaid, we will arrange to post you the new accessory as soon as possible.

● Life-long service for our products：

　We only charge the material cost, mailing cost, and handling cost (RMB15/Piece) if it exceeds the warranty time (one year).

● The working time for repairing：

　 We promise to repair within three working days, if we can’t complete in time, our staff will negotiate with you over telephone.
